Sheet 03 / How it works
From first call to a booked next step
Every session follows the same route, so you always know where you are and you always leave with something to do.
Tell us where you are
Call or send an enquiry. Tell us who the advice is for and what decision is on the table.
We map the ground
We research the courses, sectors, entry routes and pay that matter to your situation.
Compare routes together
We walk through a pathway map in plain language, with the trade-offs laid out honestly.
Cross the action bridge
Every session ends with a booked next step: an application, a conversation, a check-in.

Formats and terms
Clear terms, agreed first
- Format
- Online or by phone. In-person sessions can be arranged.
- Fees
- Quoted and agreed in writing before any work starts.
- Changes
- Reschedule with at least two business days' notice where you can. See the cancellation policy.
- Privacy
- Your notes are kept to support your advice and handled under our privacy policy.
What we will and will not do
- Show you the realistic routes, including ones we do not offer
- Tell you where figures come from and where they are uncertain
- End every session with a booked next step
- Promise admission, a job or a particular outcome
- Give financial, legal or migration advice
- Push a course because we are paid to enrol you
How long is a session?
It depends on the question. The length and format are agreed with you, in writing, before the session.
Is advice online?
Sessions run online or by phone. In-person sessions can be arranged.
What should I bring?
Anything that helps us see where you are: a resume, an offer letter, a course you are looking at, or just the question you keep coming back to.
Will advice get me into a course or a job?
No adviser can promise that. Advice helps you choose well and prepare. Providers make admission decisions and employers make hiring decisions.
Is this financial, legal or migration advice?
No. Where your question needs one of those, we will say so and suggest where to go.
